ALEX CHOI

Alex is a native of Los Angeles having grown up in different parts of the city. He received his undergraduate degree in sociology from the University of Southern California. In 2001 he moved to Boston to pursue graduate and post-graduate degrees from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. He has been married to his wife Michele since 2000 and they have five children.

His responsibilities at the church include teaching, counseling, leadership development, and providing the church with vision/direction. Alex also founded and oversees RENEWLA which is a non-profit organization that seeks to serve the urban poor youth in Los Angeles.
